Thursday 18th June 2020

Hello again Fantastic Foxes, we all hope that you are having a good week of home learning. The pictures we have had so far have been super, don’t forget to send the one for your report, I am busy writing them at the moment.

Phonics / GPS

Yesterday we thought of sentences with homophones in, making sure that we used the correct spelling and that our sentences made sense. Today I have written some sentences for you to check and correct. I know that you have always been very good at spotting my mistakes so I think you will be able to correct them all. Follow this link to find them, print the sheet to work on, or write them straight into your book.

When we are in school, our brains are always working so hard all of the time. Our brains need to swap between different lessons and activities so that we can do all of our learning. Sometimes we need to give our brains a little break and one way we can do this is by doing some brain gym activities. In the link below, you will find some brain gym activities that you can try at home. Stop and think how you feel before and after you have tried them, does your brain feel any different? You could even learn some new brain gym activities to teach us.

Once you have listened to or watched the next part of the story we are going to design a class flag for The Fantastic Foxes, you can use any ideas that you like. It could be like a flag for a country with different blocks of colours, or have pictures or patterns, the choice is yours.

Send your amazing flag designs to Mrs Hallam and I so we can add them to our displays.
