Good Morning Fantastic Foxes and a Happy Monday to all of you! Let’s have a brilliant start to the week! Who is feeling ready for a new set of challenges and tasks? I am looking forward to seeing what our new week brings!

Phonics / GPS

OK Foxes, let’s get started with our phonics shall we? Today’s activity is all about the list of words that we have to be able to read and write by the end of Year 2. Now I know that last time we looked at these in school lots of you could read all of them, so now’s your chance to impress your grown-ups, see how fast you can read every word on the list today. Time yourself and try every day to get better. Follow this link to the list of words.

Collective Worship

Our Collective Worship value for today is SERVE.

Before you look at our story today see if you can tell your grown-up the three special objects that we put onto the collective worship table each day.

This week we are going to be thinking about a story from the bible called ‘The Lost Sheep’. You can watch the story using the link below. In the story the shepherd served his flock of sheep by looking after each and every one of them, he even went out to look for the lost sheep when he was hungry, it was dark and he had blisters on his feet. How do we serve those around us? Are there more ways we could find to do this for our families?
