Wednesday 29th April 2020

Hello Fantastic Foxes, how are you all today? Instead of sending me photos of your work today can you send me a picture or a photo of something that you have enjoyed doing with your family? I’m sure that you have all been doing lots of lovely things with your grown-ups and I would love to see them.

Phonics / GPS

Our phonics task today is all about exclamations. Remember that these start with ‘What’ or ‘How’ and end with a !  Can you write an exclamation about each of the pictures below?

Collective Worship

Our collective worship value for today is RESPECT.

Can you explain to your grown up what we know about respect and how we show each other respect at school? How do we make sure that we are all good bucket fillers? Noah showed great respect to God by following his instructions and keeping his animals safe. God used a rainbow as a sign to Noah that he was not going to send any more rain, now we use the rainbow as a sign of unity and hope all around the world. Can you draw your own rainbow and think about what you are hoping for?

Follow the link to today’s activity

You will need to do look for Summer Term – Week 2 w/c 27th April 2020 Lesson Three

Today there is a Flashback task for you as well.

Could you do one of the Supermovers activities? Follow this link to find them

Use the link to listen to or read the story again if you need to. Our activity for today is all about the fruit that you like. You are going to think about your favourite fruits and how you like to eat and drink them. Can you write and draw about what you like?

I like apples when they are turned into apple juice.

You have seen lots of different ideas for things that you could choose from, which has been your favourite so far? Did you find a jigsaw that you liked, maybe it was Supermovers this morning, or do you like doing Joe Wick’s PE lesson as your lunch time activity?

Today for our topic lesson there are two choices again, if you have any activities left to do you can continue those OR if your delivery has arrived you can follow the instructions on the packet and then start your own Sunflower diary, just like we did with the chicks in class. Write and draw about what you had to do first and then every few days add a new diary entry about what is happening.

Story time

What story are you going to read today? Are you going to read it yourself or listen to it? I’m going to listen to the story I have chosen, it’s called ‘Hug Me’
