What is Seesaw?
Seesaw is a secure online platform which teachers use with the children in school and for home learning to create, reflect, share, and collaborate. Through Seesaw, the children can show what they know, using photos, videos, drawings, text, PDFs, and links. Each child's work is kept in one place and nothing is shared without teacher approval.
All children are given an individual login code so they can share learning which is competed at home. This can be pictures, writing or videos. Whatever learning your child is doing at home, Seesaw allows them to share this with their teacher.
Below, you will find a link to a video by Mr P ICT who will explain just what Seesaw is and how to get set up and use it effectively at home. You will see that it is very simple and after a little bit of practice the children will have no problems using this.
As a staff, we are very excited to get set up with Seesaw and engage the children in their home learning.
